They were very nice & tried to accommodate us. The car they sold us this year (2017) has had nothing but major problems UGH. Timing chain went out within 6 months had to have over $2,000.00 worth of work now the turbo went out $1,500.00 to fix that, now the transmission is sifting rough. Thank GOD she bought the warranty but she has used almost all of that. She is a single Mom struggling and hasn't had the car 1 year yet!
