The best pizza ever at Caseys in St Paul Nebraska!
I've ordered online and still had to wait another 30 minutes cuz they hadn't even started to make my order, been in the store twice since then and no pizza, sandwiches or any kind of food in the warmers!! Cashier was rude when I said something about no food.. going to the Pump n Pantry from now on!!!
Very poor customer service, I dont know the ladys name with the glasses but every time I go in there she is slow and rude. On one occasion she seen several customers walk in but the yellow bellied sap sucker still proceeded to go in the bathroom to clean it after about 5 mins of waiting in line a person I say person cuz I dont know if it was a male or female from the pizza side went to get the worker from the restroom and I still waited another 2-3 mins for her to come to the register. She never apologized for the wait or said anything and was still rude, the freakin nerve of her. So in a nutshell its a very poorly cleaned place with lazy rude workers. Plus the pizza is greasy
I went into this stored and ordered a ONE topping pizza for 11.99. However the cashier charged me $1.75 for the topping I chose which was onion.
I explained this includes 1 topping but she said that is Pepperoni or Beef so I tried to explain that a one topping Pizza should include ONE topping. The Cashier (Lady) did not agree. Later I asked to speak to a manager who was not there, I asked for a phone number so she refused to give me one, I asked to cancel my order she refused. Whilst i was in the store she was explaining my situation to another customer. I am not worried about the $1.75 I am complaining about the bad service and the cashier not being helpful.
