This place is a fire death trap. Staff are unaware of proper fire procedures. Administration is well aware and not willing to fix. This also extends to all safety, emergency management topics. After finding the fire and emergency management lacking a deeper dive was required. The facility looks nice, the staff talks a good game but after deep conversations and observations staff violate many safety and health codes. From not washing hands to cross contamination.
